Samsung Debuts Galaxy F70 Pro 5G with Massive 6,000mAh Battery and Six-Year Update Commitment

Samsung has officially expanded its mid-range smartphone portfolio with the launch of the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G in India. Designed to deliver long-term longevity and extended battery endurance in the competitive sub-₹25,000 segment, the device stands out by offering six years of major OS upgrades and security updates—a software support commitment typically reserved for premium flagship models.

Powering the device is a substantial 6,000mAh battery paired with 45W wired fast charging, engineered to deliver over 24 hours of continuous video streaming on a single charge. Front and center, the Galaxy F70 Pro sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,400 nits peak brightness, protected by durable Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+.

Under the hood, the smartphone is driven by Qualcomm’s 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, coupled with up to 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 expandable storage. On the software front, it runs One UI 8.5 based on Android 16, integrating suite features like Circle to Search, Object Eraser, and AI voice transcription.
