Jemimah Rodrigues, a dependable player for the Indian women’s cricket team, has expressed her gratitude by gifting a car to her childhood coach, Prashant Shetty. At just 9 years old, Jemimah began her cricket training under the guidance of Prashant Shetty.
Even today, whenever she faces any technical difficulties on the field, she seeks advice from her long-time coach. Prashant Shetty currently runs his own academy called the Kashish Cricket Clinic in Bandra.
Jemimah still practices at this same academy in Bandra whenever she is in Mumbai.
Currently busy preparing for the upcoming T20 World Cup, Jemimah took time out to gift a brand-new car to her childhood mentor as a token of appreciation before the tournament. Her father, Ivan Rodrigues, accompanied Jemimah to present the car to the coach.
