ITC Ltd. is placing special emphasis on the health-conscious food sector. The company plans to rapidly expand health and wellness services through its existing strong brands. Hemant Malik, Executive Director and Head of the Food Wing at ITC, stated that the organization is taking special initiatives in this regard.
Malik mentioned that the company aims to strengthen its position in the food sector. According to him, the organization will soon launch health-focused snacks and energy-rich food products under the Aashirvaad Brand. ITC is set to introduce health-conscious food items, and similarly, under the Sunfeast Brand, it will offer protein bars, snacks, and “Ready-to-Drink” shakes.
“Health is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world. In this context, we have maintained a cautious and vigilant focus on health needs,” Malik said.
Currently, ITC’s Aashirvaad, Sunfeast, Bingo, and Yippee brands are highly successful. To further this expansion, ITC is also bringing protein bars, biscuits, and “Ready-to-Drink” beverages to the market.
