TVS Motor Company and BMW Motorrad have reached a significant milestone, producing 200,000 units under their long-standing partnership. Since joining forces in 2013, the Indo-German collaboration has consistently delivered high-quality motorcycles in the sub-500cc segment, earning global recognition. Their joint efforts have combined engineering excellence, innovation, and performance, making co-developed models a success in over 100 markets worldwide.
KN Radhakrishnan, CEO of TVS Motor Company, highlighted that the decade-long partnership has resulted in numerous groundbreaking products that resonate with riders across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. He noted that the 200,000th unit milestone coincides with the introduction of the BMW F 450 GS, showcased at EICMA 2025, demonstrating TVS Motor’s advanced manufacturing capabilities. BMW Motorrad CEO Markus Flasch emphasized that this milestone underscores the success of the alliance, with models like the G 310 R, G 310 GS, and G 310 RR becoming global best-sellers. The rollout of the F 450 GS marks a new chapter in their collaboration, aiming to deliver innovative and world-class motorcycles.
